In mid-November, high up in Obergurgl-Hochgurgl the winter season will dawn already. When the temperatures drop and the clouds bring precipitation, then the weather in Obergurgl is cold enough for the white gold. Ski fun until the spring months
When there is a thick snow cover in the Ötztal Alps, then everything is taken care of for long-lasting ski fun. Well until May the ski region Obergurgl-Hochgurgl will offer the best snow conditions for a ski holiday. When the sky sends warm rays to the mountains and the sun hours increase, then the winter dream becomes perfect. In the spring sun at the end of the winter, approximately from March, skiers will find the ideal mixture of perfectly slidable snow, warming sun and cosiness on the terraces of the many huts. In the afternoon the skiers will happily swap the skis and poles for a lounger and a cool beer.
